Global multi-asset CFD broker ACY Securities has announced the acquisition of Ingot Brokers South Africa, gaining a license to operate under the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). This strategic move strengthens ACY Securities’ footprint in Africa as part of its broader global expansion plan.
Expanding Services to South African Clients
With this acquisition, ACY Securities now offers South African clients access to over 2,200 financial instruments in a regulated trading environment. This marks a significant step in extending the company’s services and advanced trading technology to the region.
A key highlight of the expansion is the introduction of LogixTrader, ACY’s proprietary web-based trading platform, to the South African market. Launched earlier this year, LogixTrader provides tools designed to enhance trading performance, aligning with ACY Securities’ commitment to leveraging technology to improve user experience.
Strengthening Global Presence
The acquisition is part of ACY Securities’ strategy to expand across key regions, including Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe. CEO Jimmy Ye emphasized the importance of this milestone in the company’s growth trajectory.
“Securing the deal in South Africa is a pivotal step in our global expansion journey,” said Ye. “It enables us to introduce LogixTrader to a dynamic market and enhance the trading experience for our clients. Our commitment to regulatory compliance ensures traders operate with confidence under one of the world’s respected financial regulatory frameworks.”
Enhancing Trading Features
In addition to its expansion efforts, ACY Securities recently made significant updates to its services, including enhancements to its Swap-Free Account and the removal of cryptocurrency deposit fees. The firm is also gaining traction with its live copy trading feature on the Tradingcup platform.
Since its launch, the copy trading feature has facilitated over $54 million in invested funds and generated more than 3,248 trading signals. This tool allows users to replicate the strategies of top-performing traders, providing real-time access to expert trading insights.
Looking Ahead
The FSCA license solidifies ACY Securities’ position as a trusted financial service provider in South Africa. With its growing suite of innovative tools and commitment to compliance, the company is well-positioned to serve traders across various skill levels while continuing its global expansion.
This latest move underscores ACY Securities’ dedication to delivering cutting-edge solutions and enhancing market access for clients worldwide.
