Match-Trade Technologies has introduced significant upgrades to its proprietary trading solution, focusing on improving its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. These new features are designed to streamline challenge management, enhance trader communication, and offer greater flexibility for brokers managing prop trading programs.
Manual and Automatic Progression Options
One of the standout updates is the introduction of a flexible phase progression system. Brokers now have the ability to choose between manual and automatic progression through different challenge stages, providing a higher level of control and customization. This flexibility allows brokers to determine whether traders can automatically move to the next phase based on performance, or if progression requires administrative approval.
Enhanced Challenge Management with Admin Oversight
To support this new feature, a dedicated “Evaluation Requests” tab has been added. This allows administrators to review and either approve or reject progression requests, ensuring that only qualified traders advance. If a request is denied, the trader’s account balance is reset, maintaining the integrity of the challenge’s rules. Additionally, brokers can turn off the automatic evaluation option entirely, making admin approval mandatory for any phase advancements.
Match-Trade has also implemented a new real-time notification system to keep traders informed about the status of their phase progression requests. This improvement enhances communication and transparency between brokers and traders, ensuring that participants are always updated on their challenge status.
New Customization Options for Brokers
Further boosting the flexibility of the CRM, brokers now have the option to adjust the reset time for daily loss limits according to the client’s local time zone. This localization feature allows brokers to tailor trading conditions to better suit their global clientele. Moreover, the number of trading days for each challenge phase can now be adjusted directly from the Account Management tab, simplifying the overall management process.
Integration with TradingView and Special Pricing for Challenges
In a separate development, Match-Trade has also integrated TradingView charts into its Match-Trader platform. This upgrade, as reported by Finance Magnates, includes special pricing models tailored specifically for prop trading challenge accounts. These enhancements are aimed at providing proprietary trading firms with a more robust set of tools to expand their offerings and operations.
Improved KYC Process and Notification System
The Know Your Customer (KYC) process has been refined to allow for more precise management across different challenge phases. Traders will now receive KYC-related notifications at each stage, providing clarity and ensuring that all verification requirements are met before advancing.
Additionally, an automated email notification system has been rolled out to alert both clients and administrators about critical account events. This ensures that everyone involved is promptly informed, promoting smoother operations and minimizing potential delays.
Expanded Broker API Functionalities and Data Management
The Broker API has received several enhancements, including options to partially close positions, add administrative notes, and create tasks directly through CRM integration. To facilitate better performance tracking and analysis, brokers can now export CRM data into CSV files.
For improved data organization, Match-Trade has introduced a new “Save Order” functionality, enabling users to rearrange items within CRM tabs. These updates are designed to enhance the overall experience for both brokers and traders, making the platform more intuitive and efficient.
With these upgrades, Match-Trade Technologies continues to refine its prop trading solution, empowering brokers to offer more tailored services and maintain smooth communication with traders.
